About Ad Predators
Ad Predators was built on one simple belief. Marketing works best when psychology, data, and real-world experience come together.
Where it all started
The foundation began at the USC Marshall School of Business, where I completed my Bachelor’s in Business. That is where I learned how businesses actually run, not just in theory but in execution.
I gravitated toward marketing psychology and operations management early on, understanding how people think, why they buy, and how systems scale.
After coming back to India, I worked hands-on with my family’s luxury glamping resort chain, Trees and Tigers. I was directly involved in launching and building the brand from the ground up.
This phase taught me what no classroom ever could. Cash flow, positioning, operations, customer experience, and the pressure of making decisions that affect real revenue.
Sharpening strategy and innovation
To deepen my marketing expertise, I moved to London to pursue a Master’s in Marketing with a focus on Strategy and Innovation at Cass Business School.
I graduated with a distinction, awarded to only the top 10 percent of the class under UK academic standards.
While studying, I worked with multiple clients in London and joined a growth marketing agency.
This is where performance marketing became second nature. Paid ads, email marketing, funnels, and understanding how small tweaks can change conversion behavior.
Real growth marketing experience
After COVID, I returned to India and joined another agency where my role expanded further. I worked deeply across paid ads, email marketing, Google Analytics, Shopify, and growth-focused decision making.
This was not surface-level work. It was about understanding numbers, customer journeys, and what actually moves revenue.
I then joined a UK-based haircare brand, Luxuriant. We started with paid ads and built highly product-focused Shopify landing pages that delivered a ROAS of 9.
Over time, my role grew into SEO strategy, content writing, and social media execution. I worked with the brand for nearly two years, helping shape its digital presence end to end.
Leadership and scale
Next came No Fluff, where I joined as a Paid Ads Specialist. That role quickly evolved. I was invited to become a partner and eventually handled the entire agency ecosystem.
I managed a team of over 40 people across paid media, social media, SEO, design, video, and web.
I handled client onboarding, cold calls, pricing, retainers, hiring, HR, salary negotiations, and internal processes. This phase taught me scale, leadership, and how agencies actually survive and grow.
Thinking differently, on purpose
One of the things Ad Predators is known for is unconventional thinking that delivers results. For a US-based hearing protection brand, Ear Pro, we drove strong ROAS by targeting parents through unexpected interest clusters like Peppa Pig.
That kind of thinking works because it cuts through noise instead of competing inside it.
Over the years, I have worked with 100 plus clients across industries, including Lenskart, Matilda Goad, Podcan, Jaipur Rugs, and Dermovia.
Why Ad Predators exists
Ad Predators is the result of over 10 years in the marketing field, spanning startups, family businesses, agencies, global brands, and leadership roles.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all retainers or cookie-cutter strategies. Every brand is at a different stage, and the approach should reflect that.
We combine psychology-backed strategy, performance marketing, creative thinking, and hands-on execution.
No fluff. No generic plans. Just marketing that is built to convert, scale, and actually make sense for where your brand is right now.
If you are looking for an agency that thinks beyond templates and focuses on what truly works, you are in the right place.
